About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a fast-growing private company to identify a Sales Operations Manager to support and scale its go-to-market organization. This role is critical to aligning sales, marketing, and customer success by improving process, visibility, and execution. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution—building scalable infrastructure while supporting day-to-day sales effectiveness.

The Sales Operations Manager will serve as a trusted partner to sales leadership, helping drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and operational clarity as the business continues to grow. This is a highly visible role with real influence on how the business scales its revenue engine. You will have the opportunity to build structure, introduce best practices, and help shape how the company grows without unnecessary bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleOwn and optimize core sales and revenue operations processes including pipeline management and forecasting
  • check_circleServe as primary administrator and strategic owner of CRM and related sales tools
  • check_circleDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights to support decision-making
  • check_circlePartner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure revenue alignment
  • check_circleSupport annual planning activities including quota setting and compensation plan administration
  • check_circleIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability
  • check_circleEnsure data integrity, consistency, and usability across revenue systems

Requirements

  • verified5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely related function
  • verifiedStrong CRM expertise
  • verifiedExperience supporting a growing sales organization in a private company or high-growth environment
