Voter registration is a crucial first step to empowering citizens to make their voices heard and creating meaningful change in our democracy. We are currently registering new voters who agree with our progressive values.
The Field Director will work within the director team to build an office from the ground up in Charlotte and Durham, NC. This role is designed for a leader who is eager to lead from the front; you will canvass in the field multiple days a week to train and support canvassers while managing daily operations.
In this position, you will set voter registration goals, communicate long and short-term objectives to staff, and manage campaign reporting. You will be responsible for developing future leaders within the team, fostering a diverse and inclusive environment where all staff feel valued, and implementing rigorous quality control measures to ensure message accuracy and data integrity. The Field Director reports to the Lead Director and plays a key role in maintaining a safe and positive working environment.
