Pest Control Technician

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing position designed for individuals who enjoy active, outdoor work and solving real-world problems. You will run your own daily route across King County, visiting homes to inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply treatments safely and correctly. The role offers a unique blend of independence and structure, allowing you to manage your time while working within a professional operation.

While no prior pest control experience is required, the work involves physical activity such as working outdoors in all weather conditions, using ladders, and entering crawlspaces and tight areas. You will interact directly with customers who are often dealing with frustrating situations, requiring you to communicate clearly, stay calm, and treat everyone with respect.

Hiring Process & Application
