About the Role
This is a hands-on, customer-facing position designed for individuals who enjoy active, outdoor work and solving real-world problems. You will run your own daily route across King County, visiting homes to inspect properties, identify pest issues, and apply safe, effective treatments. The role offers a unique blend of independence and structure, allowing you to manage your time while working within a professional, supportive operation.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with a prepared route and ends with documented results. You will enter homes, often when customers are dealing with frustrating situations, requiring you to stay calm, communicate clearly, and treat everyone with respect. The work is physical and varied: you will work outdoors in all weather conditions, use ladders, and navigate crawlspaces and tight areas to address infestations involving insects and rodents. While you will work independently, you are never alone; the team provides support whenever needed.
