The Primary Care Sales Representative serves as a strategic partner to high-value primary care physicians, family medicine practitioners, internal medicine specialists, and pediatric providers. The core mission of this position is to drive the adoption and prescription growth of ZORYVE, a non-steroidal topical option, across an assigned geography.
This role focuses on engaging providers who diagnose, manage, or refer patients suffering from plaque psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and seborrheic dermatitis. By executing the brand strategy and delivering clinical messaging, the representative helps educate primary care teams on identifying and managing inflammatory skin conditions that were historically referred to dermatology. Over a thirty-five-year tenure, the firm has completed more than 10,000 placements while maintaining a 98% retention rate with long-term corporate partners. The company delivers three core services: executive search for C-suite and vice president-level positions, retained search for mission-critical hires, and comprehensive sales force builds ranging from pre-launch planning to full deployment. The firm's distinct specialty lies in transforming chaotic market conditions into structured, results-driven sales teams. This approach is supported by a hybrid methodology that combines proprietary artificial intelligence sourcing tools with deep oversight from senior recruiters. While algorithms scan entire markets to identify potential candidates within minutes, human experts evaluate cultural fit and intangible qualities that resumes often conceal.
This process ensures the delivery of three to five qualified candidates within ten days for every open role. Unlike contingency agencies managing hundreds of simultaneous requisitions, Cascadia Search Group operates as a selective partner for human resources teams where accuracy is paramount.
