About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, community-oriented Territory Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership via local B2C and B2B channels. This role exists to build a robust pipeline of business through local community engagement, supporting the territory's budgets while contributing to the team's total goals.
In this position, you will spend the majority of your time meeting with local businesses and residents, "talking story" at events, and sharing how AMCN membership brings mālama (care) to our communities. You will guide prospects through a consultative sales process with empathy, clarity, and respect. Your success relies on strengthening local presence by representing AMCN at community events, fairs, and partner venues to uplift visibility and build pono (trust) across Maui's close-knit communities. You will collaborate with local associations, small businesses, and community groups to strengthen long-term pilina (relationships) through referrals, cold calls, and gatherings.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma (or equivalent)
- verifiedValid driver's license and clean driving record
- verified3+ years of field-based B2B or B2C sales management (preferred)
- verifiedFamiliarity with local businesses, neighborhoods, and community networks (plus)
- verifiedHealthcare membership, insurance, or emergency services experience (preferred)
