About the Role
We are seeking ambitious, self-motivated, and career-driven real estate agents ready to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment. This role is designed for those who possess the drive to consistently seek out and convert leads while remaining motivated in a highly competitive market. Success here is directly proportional to effort; you will get out of this job exactly what you put into it.
As a Lyon | Stahl agent, you will serve as a vital intermediary between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through the entire transaction process from initial contact to closing. Your day will involve actively pursuing leads, marketing properties, and engaging in extensive networking with industry contacts such as owners, attorneys, lenders, and contractors. You will utilize our comprehensive database of property owners to hit the ground running, supported by cutting-edge technology and a robust training program.
Hiring Process & Training
We are committed to your success from day one. New agents join a structured 12-week training program that includes a detailed manual, integrated goal-tracking for accountability, and mentorship under experienced, successful agents. The onboarding process focuses on lead generation, contract mastery, and the overall sales process.
Once onboarded, you will participate in weekly skill development and accountability sessions, including Monday morning goal setting, progress meetings, and cold call drills. Quarterly progress reviews and business planning assistance ensure you have a clear path for long-term growth. We also offer hiring assistance and administrative training to help you focus on what matters most: closing deals.

Our compensation structure is performance-based with unlimited income potential, including a commission split and marketing reimbursement plan. There are no desk or phone fees, and you will have access to a real estate attorney for deal-related questions.
