With cross-functional projects moving simultaneously to elevate the customer experience, we need a Visual Designer to organize all design efforts and elevate our visual brand standards across the organization.
Reporting to our Art Director, you will provide a much-needed focus on visual coherence and excellence as we uplevel the look and feel of our product and user experience. As a new position, you will integrate within our Product and design teams to build, manage, and evolve design assets. You will serve as a thought leader and brand standards keeper, act as a system implementor, and operate as a collaborative bridge between Product and Marketing.
In short, you will have your hands on all graphic elements that reach our end users, championing their excellence and evolution as we reach new markets and rapidly scale our brand's reach.

You'll be a ninja of vision with a heart for collaboration and problem-solving. If you feel comfortable with self-direction, sprinting through sometimes shifting priorities, and understanding that at times you'll have the absence of a deadline while assuming tomorrow is your deadline, this position might be a fit for you.
If you've made it this far, we'd love to hear from you. We strive to ensure our selection process is efficient, transparent, and friendly.
