The Creative Services Manager is the strategic architect behind the visual identity and storytelling standards of the MEI brand. This position blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, serving as a vital partner to marketing and communications leadership. From concept through execution, you will lead creative direction, manage projects and people, and ensure every output reflects a consistent, elevated brand experience.
Reporting to the Sr Manager, Strategic Communications, you will act as a trusted advisor to non-design stakeholders, influencing decisions on visual communication and brand application. In this fast-paced brokerage environment, you will bridge the gap between executive strategy and creative delivery, ensuring that visual narratives effectively support win strategies, digital experiences, and internal communications.
As part of the Strategic Communications team, you will drive the evolution of MEI's enterprise-wide brand standards across all regions, services, and subsidiaries. Your work will be central to how the company presents itself during critical moments, including mergers, acquisitions, and rebranding initiatives. You will foster a culture of innovation by identifying new tools and workflows—such as automation and AI-assisted design—to enhance creative output and team efficiency.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive interview process designed to assess both creative leadership and strategic fit. This typically includes a review of your portfolio, a discussion on your approach to brand governance and team management, and conversations with key stakeholders to evaluate your ability to collaborate across the organization.
At MEI, we pride ourselves on a high-functioning team environment built on honesty, integrity, and professionalism. We expect every team member to take pride in their work, communicate openly, and strive for peak performance in daily tasks. Safety is a top priority, and we maintain a strong awareness of safety protocols for ourselves and everyone at the job site.
MEI is an Equal Opportunity, M/F/Disabled/Vet Preferred Employer. We are committed to building a diverse workforce and consider qualified applicants regardless of background.
