About the Role
As a Graphic Designer on our creative services team, you will play an integral role in supporting all aspects of creative design, strategy, and production for our wide range of clients and internal needs. You will collaborate internally with designers, web developers, and content strategists, as well as externally with clients to understand their needs and produce high-quality deliverables.
This is a full-time position based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, operating within a hybrid work environment. You will be part of a culture where we trust our teammates, believe in their talents, and celebrate their successes. While the role requires leaning into discomfort and thinking outside the box, it ultimately leads to unparalleled personal and professional growth. Requirements

- verifiedKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- verifiedKnowledge of Figma preferred
- verifiedExperience designing for content platforms (e.g., WordPress, Mailchimp) is a plus
