As a Video Specialist II, you will be a highly creative, technically skilled, and strategically minded leader responsible for the development and execution of all video content across the brand. Your mission is to create compelling visual storytelling that educates and inspires, translating complex technologies, products, and ideas into engaging, high-impact content for both external and internal audiences.
In this end-to-end video lead role, you will combine production, editing, post-production, content strategy, and creative operations across brand storytelling, social media, product marketing, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional editorial instincts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal creative oversight. You will partner closely with Communications, Content, and Product/Engineering teams to produce compelling branded assets, owning projects from initial concept through final execution.
This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position based in our Torrance, California office. The role requires regular in-person collaboration with design, communications, and cross-functional teams to ensure creative excellence and production accuracy.

Experience working in a technology, industrial design, or product-focused environment. Familiarity working alongside industrial designers or physical product development teams. Advanced proficiency with Figma and PowerPoint. Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and dynamic visual interactions. Expertise in typography, layout systems, color theory, and visual storytelling. Experience creating and optimizing digital assets for web, and presentations. Knowledge of print production processes, printer specifications, and color management. Experience with image retouching, manipulation, color correction, and production optimization. Ability to create 2D assets, iconography, illustrations, and branded visual systems. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop innovative design solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously. Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in an evolving, high-performance environment. A refined design sensibility and obsessive attention to detail. A strong understanding of how brand systems scale across media and experiences. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
