About Divergent

Divergent is a technology company that has architected, invented, built, and commercialized an end-to-end factory system called the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS). This system comprehensively uses machine learning to optimally engineer, additively manufacture, and flexibly assemble complex integrated vehicle structures and subsystems. Products created using DAPS are superior in performance, lower in cost, rapidly customizable to meet mission and customer-specific requirements, faster to market, and scalable on demand to high volume production.

Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs and is now expanding to support mission-critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Join us to be a part of this transformative journey, where your impact will shape the future of technology and production.

About the Role

As a Video Specialist II, you will be a highly creative, technically skilled, and strategically minded leader responsible for the development and execution of all video content across the brand. Your mission is to create compelling visual storytelling that educates and inspires, translating complex technologies, products, and ideas into engaging, high-impact content for both external and internal audiences.

In this end-to-end video lead role, you will combine production, editing, post-production, content strategy, and creative operations across brand storytelling, social media, product marketing, and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional editorial instincts and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with minimal creative oversight. You will partner closely with Communications, Content, and Product/Engineering teams to produce compelling branded assets, owning projects from initial concept through final execution.
