JCJ Architecture is a full-service planning, architectural, and interior design firm serving public and private sector clients nationwide. With offices in Boston, Hartford, Las Vegas, New York, Phoenix, San Diego, and Tulsa, we bring over 85 years of practice to every project. Our reputation for stability and sound business practices has consistently ranked us among ENR's top 500 design firms and top 100 Green Building firms.
At JCJ, we view design as a collaborative process that balances owner goals, functional objectives, and physical context. As employee-owners, our team works to create places that strengthen communities, businesses, and institutions. We are dedicated to designing environments that help organizations and individuals thrive.
We are seeking an Interior Designer Level II to join our team. In this role, you will generate architectural concepts for interior projects, taking full responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating design assignments. You will plan and design interior aspects for large or multiple projects, developing appropriate concepts and approaches while providing subject matter expertise on specific components of interior design.
You will be a key communicator, conveying information to internal and external consultant teams and leading coordination meetings. Your day will involve refining your portfolio in a specific market sector, managing time across multiple projects of varying sizes, and collaborating with the project team to formulate work and scheduling strategies. You will also assist in business development by creating presentation collateral and supporting the firm's J.E.D.I. mission.
As an employee-owner, you will participate in a 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and benefit from a pay-for-performance philosophy. We offer highly competitive benefits, career development and mentorship opportunities, and an incentive compensation program. Our hybrid work model supports a healthy work-life balance, while our culture fosters growth through educational assistance, employee social events, and a supportive Employee Assistance Program.
If you are passionate about design and believe you can make a strong contribution to a stable and growing firm, please apply. We look for candidates who embody our core competencies of respect, integrity, adaptability, and a commitment to growth.
JCJ Architecture is an equal opportunity employer. We promote mutual respect and collaboration, nurturing an environment that recognizes, accepts, and embraces diverse backgrounds, strengths, resources, and talents of our employees.
