Naples Botanical Garden is a 170-acre world-class paradise featuring the flora and cultures of the tropics and sub-tropics, including Brazil, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and Florida. As a 501(c)(3) organization, our mission is to connect people and plants through display, education, conservation, and applied science. The Garden offers beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that provide education and enjoyment for people of all ages.
This position serves as a key leader within the Visitor Services team, assisting the Visitor Services Manager in guiding frontline customer service and ticketing sales for our 250,000 annual visitors. When the Manager is unavailable, you will step in as the lead staff member responsible for overall guest relations.
You will work closely with staff members across the organization to set an example of exemplary customer service. A core part of your journey with us involves leading guests from their first visit as a visitor to becoming a dedicated member and eventually a donor. You will collaborate with the Membership team to define sales strategies, partner with Community Relations to manage third-party activities, and ensure every guest has a high-quality experience through coordination with the Visitor Experience team.
