At Regal, our mission is to ensure every guest receives exceptional service. Our team members are the face of the cinema, classified based on individual theatre needs and availability as variable hour, part-time, or full-time employees. Whether working at the Concession Stand, the Box Office, or as an Usher, every team member acts as a representative of Regal, upholding our mission statement and policies through regular attendance, emergency response, general cleaning, and adherence to our dress code.
This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will be responsible for managing the flow of guests and ensuring a safe, enjoyable movie-going experience. Your day-to-day activities may include operating POS systems, handling cash and credit transactions, promoting premium viewing experiences like 3D and IMAX, and driving sales for the Regal Crown Club program.
As an Usher, you will guide patrons to their seats, manage crowd control, and maintain the quality of the auditorium environment by monitoring picture and sound, enforcing rating systems, and conducting safety inspections. In the Concession area, you will prepare and serve food and beverages while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety laws. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure.
Candidates must complete the Cast Certification program as a Cast Member and Box Office Cashier, or be in progress toward completion. If the specific theatre location sells alcohol, you are responsible for completing any legally required state or local training and obtaining the necessary certificate, as well as completing the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.
Joining our team comes with immediate perks, including free movie passes and discounted concessions at any Regal location. Team members are also eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan with a company match once they reach the age of 21 and have completed six months of service.
We are committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment. All team members are required to read and understand training materials covering subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination. We offer reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
