As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a pivotal role in our high-performance environment by building connections with a diverse customer base and processing transactions such as check cashing, money transfers, and customer payments. Your mission is to help people in your community access the financial solutions they need right when they need them most, providing exceptional in-store experiences.
This dynamic entry-level position serves as a launchpad for many of our senior leaders. You will receive hands-on training, coaching, and development as we invest in your long-term success. The role involves cultivating lasting relationships to drive repeat business, offering personalized financial services, and engaging in community events. You will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling daily call campaigns, managing customer accounts, and maintaining store security and appearance standards.
