The Intake Community Support Representative serves as the vital front line for our customers placing meal orders. This fully remote position is dedicated to providing excellent customer service while efficiently and accurately submitting orders. You will be the voice of Mom’s Meals, handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on de-escalation and exceptional support.
In this role, you will manage the entire intake process, from inputting order information into client screens to documenting all conversations in our database. You will act as a liaison between clients and case managers, contacting them via phone, email, or fax for special situations. Your day will involve assisting callers with inquiries about Community Supports benefits, submitting self-referrals for eligible candidates, and guiding clients through benefit reauthorization or explaining next steps when agency restrictions apply. You will also explain nutritional counseling requirements and timelines, ensuring clients feel informed and supported without feeling rushed.
Mom’s Meals utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) tools to assist in reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, and assessing responses.
