About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our network of agents. This role is integral to our mission of educating customers on products, uncovering their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact, handling a high volume of inbound phone calls and live chats to resolve customer issues in a timely fashion. Beyond standard inquiries, you will assist consumers by producing binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements, while ensuring all documentation is labeled and managed effectively.
This position offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will not only meet department metrics for call handling and quality but also have the opportunity to mentor new hires and staff. As a remote team member, you will work independently from a home-based environment, representing the company with professionalism and integrity.
