About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you serve as the vital relationship and communication link between our customers, sales team, and operations. Your mission is to provide a consistent, high-quality customer experience that models exceptional service, creating lasting partnerships by putting customers first. You will act as a critical point of contact for order management, service, and support, ensuring that internal and external stakeholders receive timely problem-solving and relevant project information.
You will be a highly valued team member working closely with the sales team to advocate for SupplyOne's values, services, and capabilities. Your role is essential in providing complete solutions across the full breadth of our core product categories, directly contributing to meeting and exceeding sales growth targets. By maintaining accurate specs, managing inventory levels, and resolving customer issues with discretion and judgment, you ensure we deliver on time, in full, and in specification (DIFOTIS).

- check_circleBuild and maintain accurate product specs and inventory items
- check_circleMaintain current price lists to protect and maintain gross profit margins
- check_circleServe as a liaison between sales, purchasing, design, manufacturing, and shipping
- check_circlePrepare proposals and miscellaneous correspondence for customers
- check_circleMonitor and resolve slow payment issues with customers
- check_circleResolve customer problems and elevate issues to achieve timely resolutions
- check_circleMonitor customer inventory levels and alert them to changes to ensure timely delivery
- check_circleProcess and confirm orders and communicate ordering requirements upon receipt

Requirements
