About the Role

As a Member Loyalty Representative, you will be the face of Oportun, creating and generating a rewarding and unique member service experience. You will act as a key team member, making our mission come to life by educating members and communities about our inclusive, affordable financial services. Your primary focus is to listen, help, and connect with people at all touchpoints, both within our stores and in the surrounding communities through personal outreach activities.

You will serve as a passionate ambassador for Oportun, engaging with potential members to explain how our services can help them build a better future. This role involves a dynamic mix of in-store service and community engagement, requiring you to be outgoing, sales-focused, and eager to help others achieve their financial goals.
