The Vice President of Total Rewards serves as the strategic leader for compensation, benefits, and employee health & well-being across Avera Health. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and lead system-wide strategies that reflect Avera's commitment to service excellence.
Your focus will be on ensuring that total rewards programs are aligned with strategic priorities, fiscally responsible, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for clearly communicating the value of these programs to caregivers across the ministry, ensuring they understand how these offerings support their well-being and organizational performance. This is a leadership position that requires modeling Avera's values while advancing a culture of collaboration and stewardship.
