The Community HR Director is the heartbeat of the human resources function within the West Yarmouth community. This role exists to drive a positive, inclusive culture while reducing turnover and elevating associate satisfaction. You will be the primary partner to leadership and staff, navigating the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to development and retention.
In this position, you will not only manage essential operational tasks but also champion the community's unique culture. Your day will involve collaborating with hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines, guiding leadership through complex employee relations matters, and ensuring every team member feels supported and valued. You will be the first point of contact for payroll and benefits inquiries, the architect of our engagement initiatives, and the guardian of our compliance standards. This is a hands-on role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong, lasting relationships.
