About the Role
This hybrid position serves as the central subject matter expert and escalation point for the organization's vendor master data. The role is critical in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of vendor records, ensuring that all payment terms, tax information, and remittance details are up to date and processed in a timely manner.
You will act as a key partner in the implementation of the Ariba system, overseeing vendor registration reviews and serving as the primary resource for user errors and corrections within the Centralized Vendor Management System (CVMS). The position involves deep collaboration with the Accounts Payable team to support annual 1099 processing, manage quarterly vendor purge data, and reconcile aging files for Virtual Payables.
Beyond daily maintenance, you will coordinate testing requirements for system changes, handle IRS vendor levies, and provide cross-functional support for banking information verification and electronic payment enrollments. This role is designed for someone who thrives on solving complex data issues and ensuring the financial backbone of the organization remains accurate and compliant.
