About the Role

This position serves as a critical link between field operations, marketing, and accounting to ensure accurate revenue recognition. You will be responsible for creating customer invoices and credit memos that are properly approved, supported, and accurately reflect the contract terms agreed upon by Nabors and our Operators. The role requires navigating complex contract language, billing triggers, and pricing requirements across drilling operations, rig technologies/services, and manufacturing segments.

In this capacity, you will work closely with field operations and the collections team to research and resolve billing disputes, obtaining necessary approvals and signed supporting documents. You will also manage revenue data capture from multiple points to generate invoices and correctly identify unbilled revenue for month-end accruals. As a self-starter, you will assist in training and leading other staff, reviewing their work for compliance with established procedures, and helping process backlogs to meet critical deadlines.
