About the Role

This position serves as a critical link between field operations and financial reporting, ensuring that customer invoices and credit memos are properly approved, supported, and accurately reflect the contract terms agreed upon by Nabors and our Operators. You will work within a specific business unit reporting segment—drilling operations, rig technologies/services, or manufacturing—to manage the end-to-end billing lifecycle.

Your day will involve collaborating closely with field operations, marketing personnel, and the collections team to research and resolve billing disputes, obtain necessary approvals, and secure signed supporting documents. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate, complete, and orderly well/billing files for audit purposes, while effectively managing revenue data capture from multiple points to generate precise invoices. Additionally, you will assist in training less experienced billing coordinators and supporting the Billing Supervisor with non-managerial tasks to ensure critical deadlines and targets are met.
