About the Role
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the driving force behind our "Hauler-Life." You will deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using our custom car haulers, bringing the excitement of a new car purchase to their front steps. This role is designed for enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Your day will involve a mix of driving and physical activity. You will frequently load and unload vehicles onto the hauler, inspecting them to ensure they are safe to drive, and completing thorough customer paperwork in our tracking system. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the haulers safely. You must be prepared to work in various weather conditions, from summer heat to snow, and sustain physical activity for extended periods. This is a hands-on role where your energy and dedication directly impact customer satisfaction.
Hiring Process
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. Specific state requirements apply: Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's license within the first two weeks, while California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (processes sponsored by Carvana). Candidates must also be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access to DMV, title, and registration systems. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
