About the Role
As a Customer Advocate, you will be the face of Carvana at the customer's door. You will drive custom car haulers to deliver vehicles, handling the physical aspects of loading and unloading cars while ensuring they are safe to drive. This role involves completing customer paperwork, maintaining thorough notes in our tracking system, and consistently driving safely. While a commercial license is not required, you will receive ample training to operate the hauler. The role requires physical stamina for 8+ hours of activity, including lifting items up to 50lbs, and the ability to work in various weather conditions, from summer heat to snow.
Hiring Process & Requirements
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Depending on your location, you may be required to obtain specific state licenses (such as a Chauffeur's or Vehicle Verifier license) within the first few weeks or months of employment, a process sponsored by Carvana. Additionally, candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to accessing DMV, title, and registration systems.
