About the Role

As a Customer Advocate, you will be an enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team player responsible for the final leg of the customer's journey. You will drive custom car haulers to deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors, a role that requires no commercial license as ample training is provided. Your day will involve loading and unloading vehicles, performing physical inspections to ensure safety, and completing thorough customer paperwork within our tracking system. This role is designed for those ready to build an exciting career while maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to strict safety policies.

Hiring Process & Requirements

To join our team, candidates must have at least two years of customer-facing experience and be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Specific state requirements apply: Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri employees must obtain a Chauffeur's or specialty license within the first two weeks, while California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within 90 days (processes sponsored by Carvana). Additionally, candidates must be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access to DMV, title, and registration systems.
