This on-site role is dedicated to welcoming guests and managing vehicle traffic with the utmost professionalism. You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience, reflecting the high standards of hospitality that define our brand.
In this position, you will warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with luggage and mobility needs. Your day will involve coordinating closely with the front desk and bell staff to maintain seamless operations. You will also provide local information and directions to guests, ensuring they feel informed and cared for from the moment they arrive.
The role demands excellent customer service, keen attention to detail, and the ability to safely operate both manual and automatic vehicles. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly driveway and valet stand while strictly adhering to safety, traffic, and security procedures. Handling keys and tickets with accuracy and inspecting vehicles for visible damage are key parts of your daily routine, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our guests.
