About the Team and Role
DoubleTree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach is looking for a Valet Parking/Door Attendant (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center and Ala Moana Center within a mile, our property is known for the Aloha spirit service found throughout every corner. In this role, you will be part of a team that operates with a sense of urgency and discipline. You will transport guest vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner, escort arriving and departing guests to their accommodations, and assist with luggage. You will greet guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, providing accurate information regarding local attractions, car rentals, and hotel services. The role requires navigating bell carts through public areas and guest room corridors, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic in the valet area.
