About the Role
Utility positions at SSP play a vital role in keeping our restaurants and units clean and sanitized. As a Utility employee, you will be an expert in executing difficult, essential work while maintaining high standards and offering warm, friendly service. If you take pride in a job well done and enjoy creating a safe environment for guests, this role is for you.
Your day will involve maintaining the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment, including floors, ceiling tiles, walls, windows, worktables, hoods, vents, grills, refrigerators, and storage areas. You will clear and reset tables in dining areas, transport service-ware to the kitchen, and handle dishwashing duties. Additionally, you may assist guests with specific requests, load and unload supply trucks, and manage food stock rotation and temperature checks.
