About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Evening Janitorial Supervisor to lead night operations at a building in Southwest Austin. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a single account, ensuring that all janitorial services are delivered with the highest quality standards. You will actively manage the night shift while supporting and motivating a diverse team of cleaners, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Work Schedule & Location
This position is based in Southwest Austin and operates on a Monday through Friday schedule from 5:30 PM to 10:30 PM. The role requires flexibility to organize priorities based on workplace needs and the ability to self-direct to meet deadlines under pressure.
