The Banquets Chef de Cuisine serves as a pivotal leader within the culinary team, responsible for ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation across our banquet operations and secondary restaurant facilities. This role primarily focuses on Banquet Operations but offers cross-functional exposure to oversee our three full-service restaurants. You will be the driving force behind the culinary execution of large-scale events, ensuring that every detail aligns with the hotel's reputation for luxury and service excellence.
