About the Role
The Banquets Chef de Cuisine serves as the guardian of food quality and presentation within our banquet operations, which serve as the primary focus of this role. While the position is rooted in Banquet Operations, it offers the opportunity for cross-functional experiences, potentially overseeing any of the hotel's three full-service restaurants. You will lead the culinary team in executing high-volume events, from fine dining and wine tastings to large-scale banquets and off-site catering, ensuring every detail aligns with the hotel's reputation for excellence.
