The Banquets Chef de Cuisine serves as the culinary leader responsible for food quality and presentation within the banquet facilities, which are the primary focus of this position. As a key member of the culinary team, you will primarily work within Banquet Operations but may also engage in cross-functional experiences overseeing the hotel's three full-service restaurants. This role is designed to ensure the seamless execution of high-volume events while maintaining the resort's reputation for excellence.
