The Banquets Chef de Cuisine serves as the guardian of food quality and presentation within our banquet facilities, which are the primary focus of this role, as well as our secondary restaurant operations. You will lead the culinary team in executing high-volume events, ensuring every detail aligns with the hotel's reputation for excellence. While primarily embedded in Banquet Operations, this position offers cross-functional exposure to oversee our three full-service restaurants, providing a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will manage production, menu development, and staff leadership simultaneously.
