The Banquets Chef de Cuisine serves as the guardian of food quality and presentation within our banquet facilities, which are the primary focus of this role, as well as our secondary restaurant operations. You will lead the banquet culinary team, ensuring seamless execution of high-volume events while having the opportunity to engage with our three full-service restaurants. This position is designed for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the precision of large-scale catering with the artistry of fine dining.
