Our locations include local favorites such as Fir and Pine, Meltz Extreme Grilled Cheese, and Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters. About the Role

As a Utility employee, you play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our airport dining locations. You will be an expert in executing essential work with warm, friendly smiles and a commitment to excellence. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating a clean, safe environment and enjoy the satisfaction of a job well done.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating a positive guest experience by meticulously cleaning and maintaining hygienic work areas. You will ensure the cleanliness of all surfaces and equipment, ranging from floors and ceiling tiles to hoods, vents, and service counters. Additionally, you will manage waste removal, clear and reset dining tables, and handle dishwashing duties, including scraping food and operating dishwashers. You may also assist guests with specific requests, load and unload supply trucks, and manage food stock rotation and temperature checks.
