This position serves as a critical leader within our store operations, driving sales through effective merchandise presentation and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for both associates and customers. You will act as a bridge between company strategy and daily execution, overseeing everything from inventory control and loss prevention to team development and customer service excellence.
The role exists to foster a culture of belonging and high performance. You will lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, utilizing the "Tour to Teach" method to share knowledge and provide feedback. Your day involves collaborating across all levels of the organization to implement business solutions, manage change efforts, and ensure that the "One Best Way" service model is consistently demonstrated. You will also be responsible for controlling unexplained loss, investigating violations of company policies, and managing safety and risk controls to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with all operational standards.
