About the Role

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our busy Urology department. In this outpatient-focused role, you will serve as a vital liaison between physicians, nursing departments, and ancillary staff, ensuring high-quality care for patients with a wide variety of urologic problems. Your day will involve conducting new patient consults and returning office visits, performing physical examinations, formulating differential diagnoses, and establishing treatment plans in collaboration with treating physicians. You will also provide patient education, counsel patients and their families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans, and manage hospital rounds for post-operative care when needed.

This position offers a balanced work-life environment with a Monday through Friday schedule, featuring no nights and no call responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to round, manage post-op care in both the hospital and clinic, and see non-operative referrals while practicing within the full scope of your PA license.
