Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, part of Southern Vermont Health Services Corporation, is dedicated to providing comprehensive medical services to the community. The Physician Support department serves a diverse range of specialties, including pediatrics, OB/GYN, cardiology, orthopedics, internal medicine, family practice, ENT, urology, and general surgery. Our team of physicians and licensed providers is supported by a collaborative group of clinical staff, including LPNs and Certified Medical Assistants, working together to ensure efficient patient flow and a safe office environment.
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will function under the direct supervision of physicians, NPs, PAs, or CMNs, reporting to the practice manager. Your primary mission is to demonstrate competency in all patient care skills while communicating effectively with the healthcare team. You will play a vital role in maintaining the inventory of examination and procedure room supplies and organizing the office to prioritize patient safety. This position requires adaptability, as hours vary by practice, typically falling between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

In compliance with Vermont Act 155, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital provides the compensation range for this position in good faith. The listed range represents the pay scale reasonably expected for a successful candidate based on factors such as relevant experience, education, internal equity, and market competitiveness. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process.
