You will maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers by patrolling the store, monitoring CCTV cameras, and deterring theft. This role is designed for hard-working, motivated individuals eager to exceed customer expectations. You will be the first line of defense, responding to client requests, facilitating incident response efforts, and documenting significant incidents to help create a welcoming store experience.
Your day will involve monitoring and authorizing the entrance and departure of employees and visitors to guard against theft. You will enforce rules and regulations, respond to emergency situations, and leverage technology tools to make timely, data-driven business decisions. The role requires the ability to work retail store business hours, meaning long periods of standing and actively patrolling the retail space. You may come in contact with perfumes and aerosols, and you must be prepared to walk or run flights of stairs daily.

Previous retail loss prevention, security operations center, CCTV monitoring, security, customer service, or criminal justice experience. Open availability.
