As a Business Development Manager, you will take full ownership of a defined territory to drive profitable new business growth. This role is designed for a high-performing B2B sales professional who thrives in a full-cycle sales environment. You will represent a portfolio of technology-forward security solutions, including CCTV, advanced video surveillance, and live/remote video monitoring.
Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with operations, marketing, and sales leadership to ensure a seamless handoff and strong customer outcomes. You will lead a disciplined, consultative sales process that moves from strategic prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. By developing persuasive business cases focused on risk reduction and operational efficiency, you will position ECAM as a trusted, long-term partner to your clients.
We are seeking candidates who are motivated by performance-based earnings and eager to own their results. The compensation structure features an uncapped commission plan, offering top performers an on-target earnings range of $175,000–$250,000.
