As the Director of Direct Mail, you will serve as the strategic and revenue-driving leader for our Direct Mail product line. This is a high-impact sales role designed to generate new business while acting as the internal subject matter expert and revenue partner for our Townsquare markets.
You will drive growth by prospecting and closing new Direct Mail opportunities directly with clients, while simultaneously partnering with Account Executives and market sellers to develop and pitch solutions within their existing portfolios. A significant portion of your success will come from assisting in-market sellers—helping them identify opportunities, shaping strategy, joining sales conversations, and driving incremental revenue through collaborative deal execution.
This role requires a deep understanding of programmatic marketing and audience targeting, specifically within data-driven Direct Mail solutions. You must be comfortable operating as both a hunter and a revenue enabler, building your own pipeline while actively supporting sellers to accelerate deal velocity. This is a fast-paced, client-facing leadership role that blends individual production, collaborative selling, and sales enablement to create scalable success across our markets.

This is a remote position that requires you to work closely and collaboratively with a team. We are ideally looking for a candidate in the EST or CST time zones to ensure effective collaboration.
