The Senior Lead Business Analyst is a high-impact, strategic role designed for a commercially focused professional who can pivot from evaluating commercial risk to architecting and launching the sales programs that drive Lumen's growth. This individual contributor will transform Lumen's commercial strategy into actionable tactics to deliver sales and revenue results across all business segments, including Large Enterprise, Public Sector, Mid Markets, Wholesale, and the Partner community.
In this position, you will progress the Acceleration & Growth Team's (AGT) commercial objectives by synthesizing complex information into clear insights and executive-ready materials. The role requires more than just reporting; it demands a deep dive into funnel health, conversion, coverage, and productivity to identify root causes and actionable levers for improvement. You will lead high-visibility initiatives with rigor, owning timelines and outcomes to ensure the implementation of your recommendations.
Success in this role involves influencing decisions at the Senior Leadership Team level and motivating action across the field. You will serve as a trusted thought partner to commercial leaders, anticipating questions and bringing structured, data-backed perspectives to ambiguous business challenges. The day-to-day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align programs with end-to-end sales methodologies and ensuring that insights translate directly into measurable results and strategic growth.
