About the Role
The Field Supervisor serves as a critical link between Operations Managers and the frontline security team, ensuring the enforcement of state and federal regulations alongside company policies. This role is designed for experienced Security Officers and Managers who are committed to cultivating a staff that remains "Prompt, Professional, and Engaged."
In this position, you will not only administer managerial duties but also lead the training and development of Security Officers. Your adaptability is key, as you will be utilized at the discretion of Operations Managers to ensure mission accomplishment across various locations. The role requires a balance of operational oversight, client relations, and strict adherence to safety and legal standards.
Who We Are Looking For
We prioritize candidates with a strong background in security, specifically welcoming former military, Law Enforcement Officers (LEO), and those with Criminal Justice experience. A valid driver's license is mandatory for this position, as the role involves operating company or personal vehicles professionally and lawfully for business purposes only.
