About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused and organized Express Auto Service Advisor to join our Ford of Omaha service team. As the primary point of contact for customers seeking quick, routine vehicle maintenance, you will ensure an exceptional service experience. Your day will involve accurately identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate services, and maintaining clear communication throughout the service process. You will guide customers from the initial greeting and vehicle inspection through to the final explanation of completed work, ensuring high standards of satisfaction at every step.

- check_circleEstablish promised completion times and coordinate with dispatchers
