The Parts Counterperson serves as the vital link between our customers, the service department, and the body shop. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing the correct parts, placing special orders, and ensuring the service team has the necessary components to keep vehicles on the road. Your day will involve reading technical manuals to verify part specifications, providing accurate pricing and product information, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. You will also play a key role in meeting departmental production and profitability goals while maintaining high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards.
