The Field Service Coordinator serves as the vital link between our customers and our field service teams. In this role, you will manage office communications and facilitate key tasks that ensure our field services are effective and customer requirements are met. You will be the first point of contact for customers via telephone and email, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing guidance to service personnel performing on-site maintenance, OSHA inspections, and repairs.
Your day will involve coordinating schedules with customers and staff, preparing service orders and maintenance checklists, reviewing technician hours, and preparing quotes for inspections and repairs. You will also manage the ordering of related parts and communicate material availability or delays to clients. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can work calmly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, service-oriented attitude.
