As a Protective Services Officer at the Chester Emergency Center and Occupational Health, you will be a vital part of our safety team. Your mission is to provide internal and external security functions that support the general safety of our facilities. You will respond to radio and telephone calls for routine and emergency assistance, ensuring a secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
In this role, you will patrol hospital grounds and parking areas to deter criminal activity and enforce policies regarding parking, visitation, and substance use. You will monitor closed-circuit television systems to identify escalating situations and intervene in confrontations as appropriate. A key part of your day involves documenting all duties, from daily activity logs to detailed incident reports, while coordinating effectively with clinical teams and law enforcement.
