The Trucking Operations Manager at Midland Garage Door is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing trucking operations across three locations. This position is designed for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds high-performing teams, and drives continuous improvement. You will partner with sales and leadership to support customer needs while ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries that maintain full DOT compliance.
In this role, you will not only manage fleet performance and optimize routes but also step in to drive routes as needed for coverage or emergencies. Requirements
